MATH: Students respond to math problems in a variety of ways, using various apps to draw, write, or take pictures to express their thinking. Students then take a screenshot, and upload to our sticky note account. This is a quick way to check understanding and illicit student engagement. ELA: Students post notes, pictures, or thinking. Students created comics to present to other students to help them practice inferencing skills. |

While studying persuasive writing, students identified persuasive techniques in a variety of writing types- speeches, letters, advertisements, commercials, et cetera. Students created a persuasive commercial using YAKIT, incorporating persuasive advertising techniques. |
